VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Jun 25, 2004 /Xinhua-PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- China Mobility Solutions, Inc. (CHMS) is pleased to introduce QuickNet management team.
China Mobility Solutions' president, Angela Du said, ''The primary reason for the success of QuickNet in the enterprise level of SMS communications and mobility solutions is the leadership of this excellent management team. Mr. Xin Wei, Chief Executive Officer, Mr. John Li, Vice President, and Mr. Frank Wu, the company's Chief Technology Officer have positioned QuickNet as a messaging and mobility solutions infrastructure leader in China.''
Mr. Xin Wei is the co-founder of China Mobility Solutions, Inc., and has recently been appointed Chief Executive Officer of QuickNet. He has a computer science background and started his own business before he graduated from university. He has been president of several companies in China, including both domestic and Sino-foreign joint venture companies in China. Mr. Wei has a broad network amongst government authorities and within telecommunication industry. He is also experienced in building up a major Internet business in China, having successfully operated Xinhai Technology Development Corp., an Internet value added company, that within three years became the largest in web hosting and domain name registration business in China.
Mr. John Li received his Master degree in Finance from The Central University of Finance and Economics. He was President of an Investment Company owned by Beijing Municipal Planning and Management Committee and was President of Beijing Sitech Corp. before he joined QuickNet.
Mr. Frank Wu received his Master degree from Telecommunication Scientific Technology Research Institution. He was Senior Manager of Motorola China Computer Department for many years. He is involved in developing the national standards of billing and access systems for telecom service providers in China.
''Together, Mr. Li and Mr. Wu forged a deal giving the company the usage rights to two national access phone numbers: 1111 from China Mobile and 9111 from China Unicom,'' said Ms. Du. ''This gives our company a tremendous competitive edge when it comes to messages services. We are one of the very few companies in China with such rights.''
