FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Aug 7, 2003 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Affinity Internet, a top five web hosting provider, has expanded its management team, confirming its commitment to creating the industry's best product offering and customer support program and delivering network reliability.
Jim Collins, formerly chief operations officer, has assumed the role of chief marketing officer, tasked with driving the expansion of Affinity's revenues and customer centric programs. Before joining Affinity in 2000, Collins was president of Cydkick Communications, an Internet customer service ASP.
Paul Evenson, most recently vice president of integration at Cable and Wireless, has been named vice president of operations. Evenson will oversee customer service, engineering operations and engineering development.
Rounding out the expanded management team, John Ranieri, formerly chief financial officer, Redfern Broadband Networks Inc. (RBNI), has been named chief financial officer and will lead Affinity's finance and accounting team.
