He will be responsible for global marketing strategies, direct marketing and Internet promotions, and will also support sales training and initiatives. Vader has built a distinguished career adapting sound marketing principles and practices to serve businesses in the Internet era and is a six-time ADDY Award recipient from the American Advertising Federation for innovative marketing programs.

Prior to that, he served as director of Internet services for Graphic Technologies where he founded the Web Applications division providing enterprise solutions to niche markets, including legal, government and hospitality.
